Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BMATRORTechnologies ("BMATROR," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the BMATROR platform, website (bmatror.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Ghana to use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at bisatro2016@gmail.com
  • Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Services Description

BMATROR provides digital services vending including but not limited to:

  • Mobile data bundle purchases (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo)
  • Airtime top-ups
  • Utility bill payments (ECG, Ghana Water)
  • WAEC and BECE result checker PIN sales
  • Wallet funding, transfers, and withdrawals
  • Agent/reseller network management
  • Developer API access

Service availability may vary based on network provider status, maintenance windows, or regulatory requirements. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. Wallet & Payments

All purchases are made from your BMATROR wallet balance. Wallet funding is processed through Paystack and subject to their terms. Minimum and maximum funding limits apply as displayed on the platform.

Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet. Successful transactions that fail delivery must be reported within 24 hours for investigation. Refund decisions are made at our discretion based on transaction logs and network provider confirmation.

6. Agent & Reseller Terms

Agent accounts require a one-time activation fee. Agents and resellers agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations in Ghana, maintain accurate customer records, and not engage in price gouging or misleading marketing.

Commission structures are defined in your dashboard and may be updated with 14 days notice. BMATROR reserves the right to modify agent pricing tiers based on volume and performance.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Services for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs
  • Resell Services without an authorized agent or reseller account
  • Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Submit false or misleading information in support tickets

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You must implement proper error handling, secure API key storage, and comply with our OpenAPI documentation. Abuse of API endpoints may result in key revocation without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Services are owned by BMATROR Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, BMATROR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to BMATROR in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, before resorting to litigation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
